wow the time is going so fast. the weather is finally "normal". we are really enjoying our time in the south.
Monday we repaired, replaced and moved mile markers. we have 29 miles out of 48 completed.. lots of walking through the woods, the weather is perfect for walking. we have not seen any wild life... we see more at home than we have here. we think that is odd but maybe not?
we had to move this marker and luckily I had my trusty knife in my back pocket...
Tuesday was a late start.. morning meetings.. we continued to work on the mile markers. we saw a huge hawk flying through the woods.
Wednesday: the rains stopped at about 8:30am, temp was 60 deg. the sun came out and the temperature rose to 75! walked the path a bit and did a little work. after work we had to take a breather!
Thurs.. just one day of spring and we are back into winter.. the high today was 45! this is quite a roller coaster with the weather.
marking trees today, there is 500 acre boundry that need to be painted... don't think we will get it all done! there is 3 groups of three out painting.
peek a boo...
heading off to see brother Ray in Charleston for the weekend. the weather is suppose to be cold and rainy but we will have fun.
